We care, We are passionate, and We make a difference
Nudging behaviours are crucial to establishing our values in the organization: We care, We are passionate, and We make a difference. These values were developed by the organization and it covers recruiting and onboarding new employees and is essential in spreading knowledge about and integrating diversity, equality, and inclusion in the organization. We aim to be a company where all individuals can thrive and improve. A special cross-functional Diversity, Equality & Inclusion Board further strengthens this critical area. We have also started measuring our performance against an Inclusion Index.
Strategic partnerships
The Group collaborates with several external organizations to further these issues. We have a long-running cooperation with Mitt Liv, which works for diversity and inclusion in the Swedish labor market. In 2022, we joined Diversity Charter Sweden, part of the world’s largest network for diversity and inclusion in the workplace. We are also members of Diversity Charter Germany and have a variant in Poland. In 2023, we started working with Tent, a global network committed to supporting the economic integration of refugees. The same year, we partnered with Inner Development Goals Organization, a collaboration that promotes our self-leadership and collective leadership.
