Our People & Culture department continuously trains our leaders and employees to keep our competence current.
It is crucial to us that our suppliers live up to our Code of Business Conduct. We cooperate closely with them and audit their performance regularly. The Code includes requirements on human rights, prohibition of all forms of child labor, personal safety, working hours, wages, and more. We have policies in place regarding these areas and, for example, business ethics and whistleblowing.
