Among other things, the General Meeting adopts the income statements and balance sheets, resolves the allocation of the Company’s earnings, discharges from liability for the directors and the CEO, the election of the Board of Directors and auditors, as well as the remuneration of the Board of Directors and auditors.
The Board decides on the Company’s strategies, resources, capital structure, organization, acquisitions, significant investments, divestments, annual reports and interim reports, and other overarching issues of a strategic nature.
Group Management addresses matters concerning the Group as a whole, as well as individual business areas.
